The Montessori Children’s House is located in the Kendall/Miami area and licensed as an educational institution through Miami, Dade County and the State of Florida.  The school has been a member of the American Montessori Society (AMS) since 1976. The school is open all year round, with the regular school year running from September to May, and offers three optional monthly summer sessions. Extended child care hours are available during the school year.. We welcome families of all religions, ethnic origins, and economic backgrounds from the Kendall and Miami (Dade County) areas of Florida.

Our 4,000 square-foot school, is located in the Crossings area in the West Kendall community.  The school has two large preschool and kindergarten classrooms, one toddler classroom, six individual child appropriate bathrooms, an office, and a large fully equipped kitchen.  In the immediate rear of the school, Montessori Children's House offers an additional safely enclosed, shaded huge playground with a large covered lunch area and basketball court and a three lane covered awning area for the parent's convenience to drive under and drop-off their child at morning arrival and/or pick-up their child at late morning and afternoon dismissal.
